Day 01: Early in the morning, transfer from Puno to the Copacabana Sanctuary crossing the border between Peru and Bolivia. A guided visit to the main sanctuary and pilgrimage center of Bolivia, including the Basilica where the Copacabana’s Virgin, patron saint of Bolivians. Next board the Catamaran Cruise Ship for sailing to the Sun Island, the birthplace of the Inca Empire. In this legendary island visit the Inca Garden, Stairs and Fountain. The itinerary continues with the visit to the Inti Wata Cultural Complex, the main private tourist attraction in Bolivia, which only tourists who visit the Sun Island aboard catamarans have access. This attraction includes the Ekako Underground Museum showcase archeological treasures, the Titicaca Reed Shipbuilders display, a handicraft center, the Intica Lounge, a botanical garden of Inca agriculture and a variety of Andean camelids. Later, return to the Catamaran to enjoy a buffet lunch on board towards Copacabana. Land transfer to Chua and accommodation in the cabins of the Catamaran Cruise, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 02: At dawn sail from the Catamaran to the southern region of Lake Titicaca, breakfast on board during navigation. During this morning, passengers will have the opportunity to share with indigenous people from an isolated island in which an exclusive community tourism program will be carried out, sharing and learning about the daily activities of the settlers of Pariti Island. After having had the opportunity of this unforgettable experience in which visitors make their vacation not only beneficial for themselves but also for an isolated community, return to the Catamaran Cruise to sail to the port of Chua while having lunch on board. In the afternoon land transfer to El Alto city to visit and enjoy the most spectacular cable car in the world. This tour includes a panoramic visit to the famous cholets; unique Andean architecture buildings. Finally, transfer to the city of La Paz.
Day 03: Pick up from your hotel and visit the Colonial Jaén Street, one of the best-preserved colonial streets in the city. The tour continues to Murillo Square, where the Cathedral, Government Palace, and National Congress are located. A visit to the Witches’ Market offers a fascinating window into the secret world of Andean mysticism. Later, a visit to the typical Rodríguez market, the largest food market in La Paz, showcases a variety of colorful products sold by local women. A must-see in La Paz is the cable car ride for fantastic views. To finish the tour, visit the spectacular Moon Valley, featuring strange geological formations.
DAY 04: Private transfer to La Paz airport.
