Pick up from the hotel and start the tour of the Cochabamba city, the gastronomic capital and the heart of Bolivia. As a first attraction you will visit the Paseo El Prado, the busiest place in the city where you can enjoy a pure and calm atmosphere under the trees whose dense and lush vegetation are a lung of this city of eternal spring and mild climate, in addition to its surroundings are restaurants, hotels and sometimes municipal fairs, craft fairs or city activities.

Then you will visit the Main Square September 14, where the mayor’s office and the prefecture of Cochabamba are located, as well as the Metropolitan Cathedral of San Sebastián, this church was recognized as a historical and architectural monument on December 7, 1967. A few blocks from the main square, it is the Archaeological Museum of the University of San Simón that currently has more than 40,000 archaeological, ethnographic and paleontological pieces in most of the region.

The other Museum within the excursion is the Alcide D’Orbigny Natural History Museum, which shows a diversity of data on paleontology, climatic changes, the study of invertebrates and vertebrates, plant studies, and molecular biology. To change the area and learn about the traditional customs of the population of La Llajta, you will visit the traditional market La Cancha, a set of various commercial areas where you can find everything from food, clothing, accessories, vehicles.

Finally visit the Concordia’s Christ, the second largest statue of Christ in the world, located on the top of a hill in the middle of the city, becoming the best viewpoint of the city with a spectacular view. Return to the hotel.
